Proof — Caisey and MicroTunnel
Live products. Not a case-study deck.
I sit down with people in Kitsap and nearby Washington and show where AI actually helps. These two tools are the public proof that I ship real software — not slideware.
Get in touch →Who this is
I’m Judah Helland. I do sit-down AI consulting and, when it would actually help, optional small custom apps. This page is for operators who want to see shipped work before they book a conversation — not a résumé for hiring managers.
If you want the developer portfolio, that’s /portfolio/. If you want to walk a real week of work together, start on the home page or how a session works.
Caisey and MicroTunnel are live
Both of these are real products you can open today. I built them. They are not a pitch deck, a concept, or a name that only shows up in a slide.
Caisey is at https://helpforsupport.com. It is an AI copilot for MSP support techs: the people who live in tickets, lookups, and “what did we do last time?” A generic chatbot doesn’t know that shop. Caisey sits on the messy work.
MicroTunnel is at https://microtunnel.app. It is secure remote access to file shares and business apps, without Active Directory. Sometimes a prompt isn’t the right shape, and a small, specific tool is.
Other shipped code is public on GitHub as NeckbeardThePirate. I don’t invent client quotes or rankings here. The URLs are the claim.
How to verify
Open these public URLs. They are the products, not a write-up about products.
https://helpforsupport.com — Caisey, an AI copilot for MSP support techs.
https://microtunnel.app — MicroTunnel, secure remote access to file shares and business apps, without Active Directory.
https://github.com/NeckbeardThePirate — other shipped code, under the GitHub name NeckbeardThePirate.
Caisey
helpforsupport.com is live. The copilot has to sit on a real shop’s tickets, not a generic chat window.
That’s the same muscle as consulting. Sit with a real operations week, pick tools that fit, and ship something people can actually open.
MicroTunnel
microtunnel.app is live. Remote access to file shares and business apps, without standing up Active Directory.
That’s why a custom app is optional after we sit down, and only when it would actually help — the same idea as small apps in Kitsap.

How we work locally
Kitsap / nearby Washington. Sit-down in person or a call. Tools by need — Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot — not a vendor pitch. A small app only when it would actually help. I’m not a storefront in every town.
Direct answers for operators: Kitsap small business AI. If Bremerton is specifically where you are: AI consulting for Bremerton.
